SEATTLE EXECUTIVE LIMO

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

All prices are subject to a 10% tax, 5% fuel surcharge, and a 20% driver tip

Touring Hourly Rates:

Reservations:

  • Please make reservations in advance by phone or online to ensure vehicle availability.

Cancellations:

  • Sedans/SUVs: Require a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations.
  • Stretch Limousines/Vans: Require 48-hour notice. 50% fee if canceled within 48 hours; 100% if less than 4 hours.

Wait Times:

  • Airport: 30 minutes free for domestic, 45 minutes for international.
  • Non-airport: 10-minute grace period, then charged in 10-min increments.

No-Shows:

  • If youre unable to locate your driver, call us immediately. Leaving the pickup location without notice is considered a no-show.

Additional Stops:

  • Charged based on route and time. Quick stops may not incur extra fees.

Payments:

  • Major credit cards and cash accepted. Corporate billing available on request.

Smoking & Alcohol:

  • No smoking in vehicles. Alcohol allowed in partitioned vehicles only and must comply with all laws.

Damages:

  • Client is liable for any damages. Cleaning fee starts at $150.

Lost Items:

  • We are not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle.

Service Interruptions:

  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or vehicle issues. A replacement vehicle will be dispatched if possible.

Holiday/Weather Surcharges:

  • May apply during extreme weather or on national holidays.
